Arrests Made In October Homicide: Birmingham PD
Two men have been arrested in connection with a homicide in north Birmingham Oct. 29.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Birmingham police have arrested two men and charged them with capital murder in the shooting death of Justin Rasha Lee. Lee was shot to death Oct.29 in the 2700 block of 17th Avenue North.
Dennis Manning, 52, was taken into custody Tuesday ,and Mario Manning, 42, was taken into custody Wednesday. Both are currently held at the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
Officer Truman Fitzgerald of the Birmingham Police Department said Lee was involved in an altercation before the shooting occurred.
