BIRMINGHAM, AL — The 2021 high school football regular season is starting to wind down, and teams are looking toward the postseason here in Week 10.
Friday nights games in the Birmingham metro include a blockbuster match-up between the two top teams in 7A, as Hoover hosts Thompson in a clash of teams that have won seven of the last nine state championships.
Also on the slate for Friday, Shades Valley hosts Woodlawn, Homewood takes on Briarwood, Mountain Brook battles Chelsea and Minor hosts Jackson-Olin.
