BIRMINGHAM, AL — The 2021 high school football regular season comes to a close this weekend, as teams that are playoff bound tune up for a run at the state championship. Thursday night and Friday night each have a slate of games involving Birmingham metro teams.
Thursday night's games include 6A front-runner Clay-Chalkville taking on 7A foe Oak Mountain, and Minor hosting Woodlawn, among others.
Friday night's action includes Jackson-Olin hosting Wenonah, Pelham facing Homewood and Briarwood traveling to Corner.
