Hello, people of Birmingham! Michael Seale here on this Veterans Day with the latest issue of the Birmingham Daily. You may or may not know that the Birmingham Water Works Board plans to raise rates again. Well, you have the chance to let them know what you think about it at a public hearing. Also in the news, Birmingham area hospitals were ranked for safety by Leapfrog, and you may be surprised to know that none of the hospitals in Birmingham received an "A" grade. Read more below.
