Dispute Escalates Into Deadly Shooting In Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, AL — An argument turned deadly Sunday night when a Pinson man was shot and killed. The incident occurred just after 10 p.m. in the 800 block of 800 block of Cable Car Court.

Birmingham police say an altercation between two people led to this shooting and that the accused shooter is in custody.

Birmingham police have not released the name of the deceased man, as they are waiting until the man's family is contacted.
