Miss Tuscaloosa Callie Walker Named Miss Alabama 2018
Callie Walker was named Miss Alabama at the Miss Alabama Pageant finale at Samford University
BIRMINGHAM, AL - Miss Tuscaloosa Callie Walker was named Miss Alabama 2018 at the Miss Alabama Pageant finale at the Wright Center at Samford University on Saturday night. It was the second year in a row that Miss Tuscaloosa won the title of Miss Alabama.
Walker accepted the crown from Jessica Procter, a Tuscaloosa native who won in 2017, according to the Miss Alabama Pageant Facebook page.
Walker is a 20-year-old junior at the University of Alabama majoring in musical theater. She won the swimsuit competition on Friday night. Miss Shelby County Charity Bowden won the talent competition.
