New Bar And Lounge Opens In Woodlawn
A bar that offers cigars, neo-soul music, seating for sporting events and more has opened in a Birmingham neighborhood.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A new bar has opened in downtown Woodlawn. Woodlawn Bar and Lounge opened at 5505 First Ave. N. recently, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The bar features a neon-lit bar, neo-soul music, cigars, multiple televisions for sporting events and seating for large and small groups.
Corey Whatley, one of the venue’s owners, partnered with his friends Quincy Coleman and Byron Watkins to open the bar and lounge.
