Woman Killed In Midfield Shooting

A shooting on Woodward Road in Midfield Saturday night claimed the life of a 21-year-old woman.

MIDFIELD, AL — A 21-year-old woman was killed during a shooting in Midfield Saturday night. The shooting occurred just after 10 p.m. in the 200 block of Woodward Road, according to a WBRC report.

Police identified the victim as 21-year-old Makiyah Nicole Morgan. She was reportedly shot during an altercation, and was pronounced dead on the scene.
