Mayor Randall Woodfin announced his Executive Leadership Team for his second term, and most of the staff is going to remain on from his first term. Speaking of announcements from the city, Chief Patrick Smith of the Birmingham PD is going to keep his job as Birmingham's top law enforcement official, and Woodfin named a new assistant chief.
