Hoover Shopping Center Sold As Part Of $26 Million Deal
Livingston Properties purchased two Alabama retail centers from GBT Realty in a $26.55 million deal.
HOOVER, AL — Crossings of Hoover is one of two Alabama shopping centers sold in a package deal totaling $26.5 million. Livingston Properties purchased the two Alabama retail centers from GBT Realty, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The 37,765-square-foot Crossings of Hoover, at 5180 Medford Drive and anchored by Spouts Farmers Market, sold for $10.5 million.
The other property in the deal was Strong Station in Huntsville.
