Jack's Family Restaurants Sells Hoover Property
A Jack's restaurant location on Lorna Road in Hoover recently sold for $2 million.
HOOVER, AL — A piece of property in Hoover occupied by a Jack's restaurant has been sold for $2 million. Jack's Family Restaurants sold the property located at 3429 Lorna Road to Cloud Enterprises Corporation Inc., according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The restaurant is temporarily closed, according to the BBJ report. The deal comes with a lease that lets Jack’s maintain its presence at the property for at least the next 20 years.
