Signature Homes Gained Prelim Approval For Additional Home Sites

HOOVER, AL — One of Hoover’s premier neighborhood development projects, Lake Wilborn, just got a big win from the city’s Planning and Zoning Board. The board gave preliminary approval for the addition of 71 home sites to be allowed in phase four of the subdivision, which is part of the Trace Crossings community.

The Hoover Planning and Zoning Board have put prelim approval for additional home sites in Lake Wilborn’s neighboring subdivision, Flemming Farms. According to the Hoover Sun, the 79 additional home sites that would comprise the subdivision’s phase two, due to its lack of direct connections between Flemming Farms and Lake Wilborn.
