AL High School Football Polls: Indians, Huskies, Cougars Ranked

MONTGOMERY, AL — The Alabama Sports Writers Association released its preseason high school football polls Monday, and Pinson Valley, Clay-Chalkville and Hewitt-Trussville will each begin the 2021 season ranked in the top 5.

Top-ranked Pinson Valley, the defending state champs, open their season against Hewitt-Trussville (ranked no. 4 in 7A) August 20. Clay-Chalkville, ranked no. 3 in 6A, opens against Shades Valley.
