Organized by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders, it will show off the latest residential builds in the area, in the hopes of encouraging potential buyers to move forward, despite market challenges. - Alabama appears to be the state with one of the highest rates of 'straight ticket voting'–when voters fill out their entire ballot for candidates of a single party or affiliation–in the U.S. Nearly 65.2 percent of Alabama voters voted straight-ticket in the 2018 midterms, according to Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill.
