Chester's Culinary Innovation Center Coming To Mountain Brook
English Village will be getting a new tenant as Chester's International, LLC opens a Culinary Innovation Center.
MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — English Village will be getting a new tenant in IZ Cafe's former location as Chester's International, LLC opens a Culinary Innovation Center a 2037 Cahaba Road, according to Village Living.
The location will serve as both a functional kitchen and a showroom for future franchisees, located right across the street from the company's headquarters on Cahaba Road. The company made the move to English Village in 2012.
The Birmingham Business Journal reported that the property has been approved by the Mountain Brook City Council for a conditional zoning request that can be revoked at any point in the four years after Feb. 1, 2017, the lease's start date.
