Dorians Place 5th At National Dance Competition

ORLANDO, FL — The Dorians, Mountain Brook High School's award-winning dance team, made the finals at the Universal Dance Association's National Dance Team Championship in Orlando.

The Dorians placed fifth in the Large Varsity Kick Division.

This historic finish comes after the team had impressive outings at two local tournaments the previous weekend.

At the Universal Dance Association's Magic City Dance Challenge at Thompson High School, the Dorians placed first in Varsity Kick and third in Varsity Game Day competitions.

The Dorians competed at the Dance Team Union's Regional Dance Championship at Spain Park and finished first in Varsity Kick, first in Varsity Spirit Showdown and were the Grand Champions at the competition.
