Former Mountain Brook Football Stars To Host Camp At MBHS

The "Hamp to Hamp Football Camp" is hosted by former Spartan football standouts Hamp Sisson and Hamp Greene.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Anyone who has followed Mountain Brook High School football over the last five years or so certainly knows of the two "Hamps" that graced Spartan Field before going on to play college football. This summer, Hamp Sisson and Hamp Greene will be back at MBHS to host a youth football camp.

The "Hamp to Hamp Football Camp" is scheduled for August 1 at MBHS. The camp is open to rising 5th through 8th grade players. It will focus on quarterback and wide receiver skill-building.

Sisson, a 2018 MBHS grad and quarterback for Furman University, and Greene, a 2019 grad and wide receiver at Clemson, are able to host the camp thanks to the recent ruling that allows college athletes to profit off their name, image and likeness.
