  1. Mountain Brook High School students Joe Armstrong, Jack Heaps, Reed Harradine and Vance Phillips were chosen by the Alabama High School Athletic Association to represent the state as the 2022 Super All-State soccer team. (AL.com)
  2. Mountain Brook City's garbage service contract is set to expire on Sept. 30, and the city has announced they will not be renewing their current contract. Going forward, households are set to receive one 95 gallon cart, which will be used for twice-weekly trash and recycling curbside pickup. (City of Mountain Brook)
  3. University of Alabama at Birmingham's next show will feature work exclusively made by artists from Alabama. The 2022 Alabama Triennial show will open on June 10 with a 6 p.m. reception. (University of Alabama at Birmingham)
