MBHS Students Named To All-State Jazz Band

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Four Mountain Brook High School students were recently named to the Alabama Bandmasters Association's All-State Jazz Band.

The Alabama All-State Jazz Band is comprised of students who audition and are selected to rehearse with a clinician and perform during the Alabama Music Educators Conference from January 20-22. This year, Mountain Brook High School had four students selected:

• Drury Anderson, Bronze Band Percussion
• Creed Allen, Bronze Band Vibraphone
• Alan Mobley Burgos, Silver Band Piano
• Teddy Kent, Silver Band Bass
