- Mountain Brook will try to defend its title in super regional volleyball tournaments that are set to begin on Wednesday with a total of 208 teams. The Spartan's first pairing is against Fort Payne at 2 p.m. The state championship tournament is set for Oct. 25-27. (AL.com)
