Here are the top three stories in Mountain Brook today:
- Crestline Village's popular chicken restaurant, Craft’s, recently opened a second location near University of Alabama Birmingham. The owner described: "Fried chicken, in my opinion, is the most special thing we do. The whole menu incorporates fried chicken. It’s in the quesadillas, the wraps, salads and sandwiches. We have the roasted chicken option too, but if you want the real delicious stuff, the fried chicken is obviously the way to go." (Bham Now)
- Local actress Anna Grace Barlow is starring in the film now in theaters, ‘Jesus Revolution,’ which tells the story of an evangelical movement that started in the 1960s. She also attended Mountain Brook High School growing up. (AL.com)
- The O'Neal Library's book sale starts today, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with proceeds going towards children's and teen's programming. (The O'Neal Library via Facebook)
