  2. Thursday marked the one-year anniversary of historic flooding in Alabama, which hit the Hoover and Over The Mountain area particularly severely, taking two people's lives in the town. Hoover is now finishing an application to FEMA for people who have repeatedly experienced flooding. (CBS 42)
