Mountain Brook Schools: Dorians Place 5th At Nationals

February 7, 2022 – The Mountain Brook High School Dorians advanced to Finals at Universal Dance Association's National Dance Team Championship this past weekend and finished in a historic 5th Place in the Large Varsity Kick Division. This comes on the heels of bringing home lots of hardware at regional dance competitions on January 29 & 30: Universal Dance Association's Magic City Dance Challenge (Saturday at Thompson HS) 1st Place - Varsity Kick 3rd Place - Varsity Game Day Dance Team Union's Regional Dance Championship (Sunday at Spain Park HS) 1st Place - Varsity Kick 1st Place - Varsity Spirit Showdown Specialty Award - Outstanding Artistry - Kick GRAND CHAMPIONS - Given to the "most outstanding routine of the day, as determined by DTU" Congratulations to the Dorians on all of their success and hard work. They continue to be tremendous representatives of Mountain Brook Schools!
