- Neighbors close to the Moody, Alabama landfill fire say that state agencies aren't responding with enough urgency to the blaze that has been burning now for 30 days, which they say is causing headaches and smoky conditions in their homes. One woman said she could smell the fire from her house twenty miles away in Irondale. (WVTM 13)
