Popular Birmingham Restaurant To Open Mountain Brook Location
MELT plans to open its third location in the metro area in Mountain Brook Village.
MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — A popular gourmet grilled cheese restaurant in Birmingham will open its third metro area location in Mountain Brook Village. MELT plans to open in the Lane Park development in 2022, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The concept began as a food truck in 2011, and then opened a restaurant in Avondale before expanding to Hoover.
