The Mountain Brook City Council heard multiple perspectives on Monday about a planned development at the Shades Valley Presbyterian Church property, which is set to be built as condominiums and single-family homes. One of the issues under contention was whether access to the development should come from Chester Road, a neighboring cul-de-sac. (Village Living)
