Mountain Brook will not make the Final Four in Birmingham for the first time in five years.

"I’m very proud of this team even though we came up short of winning a state championship," coach Tyler Davis said. "This team had unbelievable chemistry and were a joy to coach. The seniors, Charlie McKimmon, Dive Rowe, Parks McLain and Hudson Underwood were great leaders and left a great legacy for our younger players to learn from.

"In the end our guys battled, trained, and sacrificed everyday like champions and I’m very proud of them and our coaching staff. We will be back."
