  1. The 28th edition of "Viva Vestavia" is taking place on Jan. 24, adjacent to Vestavia Hills City Hall at 1090 Montgomery Highway. The event, normally held in October, includes food and wine samples from local restaurants, along with a silent auction. The organizers are still looking for restaurants interested in participating.
