Altadena Valley Park Committee Looks To Improve Park
Members of the Altadena Valley Park Committee have begun creating plans to improve the park.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Altadena Valley Park may soon get some upgrades, if the Altadena Park Committee's plans come to fruition. The members of the committee have begun creating plans to improve the park, including connecting walking trails, a pavilion and other improvements, according to the Vestavia Voice.
Phase 1 of the proposed plans would involve:
- Connecting new walking trails
- Building a pavilion, rest shelter and wildflower masses
- Restoring a pond and bridge
- Installing parking, a storage area and disc golf course
