Birmingham-based Shannon Waltchack made its fourth local purchase as part of a $30 million investment fund.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Birmingham commercial real estate firm Shannon Waltchack has made a major purchase in Vestavia Hills. The firm recently purchased Shoppes at City Hall in Vestavia Hills at 1034-1090 Montgomery Highway for $3.8 million, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The purchase of the 27,000-square foot property in Vestavia is Shannon Waltchack's fourth deal as part of its $30 million investment fund.
