Chopt Salad Restaurant To Open In Vestavia Hills

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A specialty salad restaurant chain will open its second Birmingham metro location this month, as Chopt Creative Salad Company, a farm-to-fast-casual concept, is opening a Vestavia Hills location Jan. 26.

The Vestavia location offers a variety of ways to order its creative salads, wraps and warm bowls, including its new Group Ordering feature, curbside pickup, ordering ahead via app or website, contactless in-store ordering and an expansive Pick Up shelf featuring a mural with the local Vestavia Hills landmark, Sibyl Temple.

As is the custom with each new restaurant opening, Chopt will celebrate "Chopt Gives Day" the day before they open, where proceeds benefit a local nonprofit partner. For the Vestavia Hills opening, Chopt will partner with Jones Valley Teaching Farm, whose mission is to create opportunities for academic exploration, environmental stewardship, personal growth and leadership, and pathways to employment.

Chopt will be open for regular hours Monday - Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
