Development Near Summit Close To Completion

A developer is planning for tenants to move in to its new Birmingham apartment complex before the end of the year.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A new multi-use development along Highway 280 near The Summit is expected to open ahead of schedule. The 286-unit project called Tributary Rise may have tenants before the end of the year, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.

Tributary Rise was previously expected to be complete in 2022, but tenants are expected to move in by December, the BBJ said.

In addition to the apartment building, the property includes a 420,000-square-foot office building, which is occupied right now by AT&T; three miles of hiking trails; and 25 lots for single-family homes.
