BIRMINGHAM, AL — A restaurant at the Shops at the Colonnade plans to expand its current location. The Flying Biscuit Cafe has leased the spot next door to offer more service, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.

Owners Joe Yund and his son Greg are leasing the former Marco's Pizza space next door and converting it into a dedicated to-go and catering area.

The restaurant opened in 2019.
