Vestavia Hills Office Building Sells For $8.1 Million

An office building located off Acton Road in Vestavia Hills has been acquired by an affiliate of a local investment firm.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — An office building off Acton road was recently purchased for $8.1 million. Birmingham Realty Co. purchased the property, Acton Ridge, from a Delaware limited liability company, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.

Birmingham Realty Co., listed as Acton Road Eat LLC, purchased the building located at 2550 Acton Road with the deal closing on Dec. 22. The seller, Software Guys LLC, sold the 59,000-square-foot property.

The property is the former site of McLeod Software’s corporate headquarters.
