Vestavia Hills Shred And Recycle Day: What To Know

The Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce is hosting Vestavia Hills Shred and Recycle Day at Vestavia Hills City Hall.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Vestavia residents can recycle and shred items from their homes Sept. 11 at the Vestavia Hills Police Department at Vestavia Hills Shred and Recycle Day.

The event begins at 9 a.m. at City Hall at 1032 Montgomery Highway.

Residents can bring electronic equipment, batteries and more items for recycling, and paper items for shredding. As well, household hazardous waste disposal will be available and the Vestavia Hills Police Department will collect unneeded medications for disposal.
