Vestavia Residents Graduate From University Of The Cumberlands
Three local residents received degrees from the University of the Cumberlands after the most recent semester.
WILLIAMSBURG, KY — The University of the Cumberlands announced its newest graduates, which includes a couple of Vestavia Hills residents.
The following students from the Birmingham metro received a degree from Cumberlands this fall or winter:
- Angela Kelly of Vestavia Hills received a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision
- John Vlasis of Cahaba Heights received a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology
- Satvik Rao Vala of Hoover received a Master of Science in Information Technology
The University of the Cumberlands is one of the largest private universities in Kentucky, with a total enrollment of more than 19,000 students.
