VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A couple upscale condominiums are going to the auction block, according to the Birmingham Business Journal. Three of the units at Vestavia Terrace on Massey Road will be up for sale at an auction hosted by John Dixon & Associates.
The auction will also offer an opportunity to purchase developer rights for 15 units in the development.
The auction will begin at 2 p.m. on Dec. 12 at the Hilton Garden Inn Lakeshore in Birmingham, with a second auction at 3 p.m. Eastern on Dec. 14 at the DoubleTree Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody. The events will be livestreamed online for remote bidding.

The auctions will also feature commercial lots in Montgomery’s Berkshire Commercial subdivision and two Oxford commercial outparcel properties.
