AZ Has 1 Of Most Expensive Zip Codes In U.S.: Report

PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — Paradise Valley has one of the most expensive zip codes in the country, according to a new report.

Realtyhop.com released its 2021 data, which said that on the whole, the most expensive zip codes in the United States became 7.1 percent more expensive than last year.

Paradise Valley came in at No. 46 out of the 100 most expensive zip codes. It was the only Arizona community on the list.

The median listing price for a house in Paradise Valley in 2021 was $2,595,000, up from $2,299,000 in 2020, according to Realtyhop. That's a 12.88 percent year-over-year increase.

Cities in California and New York dominated the list. California had 63 out of the 100 priciest zip codes and New York had 20.

Atherton, California came in first, with a median list price of $8,950,000.
