Houses For Sale In 3 New Queen Creek Neighborhoods

Tri Pointe Homes has opened sales for 266 homes in the Phoenix metro area in the $500k to high $600K price ranges.

QUEEN CREEK, AZ — There are new homes on the market in the Phoenix metro area, and with housing demand in the area far outweighing supply, they're probably going to go fast.

Tri Pointe Homes recently opened sales for 266 houses in Queen Creek within three neighborhoods in its Madera community, according to a news release.

Sales and in-person tours of six model homes are underway. Virtual home tours are available as well.

“It’s great to have our three new neighborhoods at Madera now open for sales, where we’re offering homebuyers 14 new floor plans with personalized design options surrounded by attractive community amenities and an abundance of outdoors appeal,” Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s Division President James Attwood said in the news release. “We’re very excited to bring new, innovative home designs to such a highly desirable Valley submarket as Queen Creek, which ranked in the top 10 ‘Best U.S. Suburbs to Move to in 2021.’”

Homes in the Grove neighborhood start in the low $500,000s, with 105 homes available. There are five floor plans ranging from around 1,800-3,200 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4.5 bathrooms and 2-4-bay garages.

There are 70 homes for sale in the Orchard neighborhood, with prices starting from the high $500,000s. The floor plans will range from approximately 2,400-4,000 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms and 3-4-bay garages.

The 91 homes for sale in the Terrace neighborhood start in the high $600,000s and range from around 2,700-4,800 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms, 2.5-4.5 bathrooms with 2-4-
bay garages.

When construction is finished, plans for the Madera community include a more than 4-acre central park with a pavilion, pool, sport courts, play areas and ramadas.
