PARADISE VALLEY — The least expensive home for sale in Paradise Valley, one of the most expensive zip codes in the nation, is a tiny condominium with an asking price of $274,900, according to Point2.

Point2 recently released its list of least expensive homes in the most expensive zip codes, and Paradise Valley made the list.

Point2 based its research on PropertyShark's 2021 list of the 100 most expensive zip codes in the United States. Paradise Valley ranked No. 50 on the list. Its median home price was $2,175,000.

The condo for sale in Paradise Valley in Maricopa Scottsdale Condominiums at 6885 E. Cochise Road has one bedroom and one bathroom with 787 square feet of space. It was built in 1988 and is in the Scottsdale Unified School District.
