Waterston North Community In Gilbert Now Has 12 Model Homes

GILBERT, AZ —Scottsdale-based home builders Tri Point Homes has announced the opening of 12 new model homes and two new home galleries at Waterston North, the new 485-home community in Gilbert.

Two model homes are located in each of Waterston North's six gated neighborhoods: Aderyn, Kestrel, Meadowlark, Starling, Tanager and Whimbrel. Tours can be set up by appointment.

When Waterston North is fully built, Aderyn will have 104 homesites, Kestrel 73 homesites, Meadowlark 94 homesites, Starling 69 homesites, Tanager 70 homesites and Whimbrel 75 homesites.

Five of the neighborhoods will offer four different floor plans, while Starling will have five.

The new homes will range in size from approximately 1,830 square feet to 3,970 square feet and have between 3 and 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths and 2-bay or 3-bar garages. The homes will range in price from the mid $500s to the mid $800s, according to Tri Pointe.

The builders said that while touring the model homes, prospective buyers will get a look at Waterston North features like: executive gourmet kitchens, large pantries and even larger laundry rooms, extended patios, central game rooms and private courtyards. The features do vary by plan.

The new homes are designed for multigenerational living and incorporate environmentally-friendly materials and technologies.

The Waterston North community also will feature amenities like Central Lake — which will have a great lawn, pool and clubhouse — and a seven-acre Central Park and Grand Ramada. There will be pocket parks and walking trails in each of the neighborhoods.

The new community is located near Veterans Oasis Park and the Gilbert Recreation Center. Route 202 and Route 101 also are nearby, offering access to retail, restaurants and recreational areas.

Waterston North is part of the Chandler Unified School District, and Rice Elementary School, a new K-6 school, is located within the community.
