  1. The 2023 Bentonville Film Festival begins Tuesday, Jun. 13, and will run through Sunday, Jun. 18. This is the ninth year the festival has been held, and it will include competitions for titles in categories including Narrative, Documentary, Shorts, and more. Residents can purchase a festival pass to attend the screenings and film panels in person or purchase an on-demand pass to view select films virtually for 13 days.   2. A new campaign encouraging respect and safety between cyclists and farmers is coming to Bentonville. The "Respect Rural Roads" project will place 76 new road signs along gravel cycling routes around Benton County in the upcoming weeks. Three hub signs, signaling where cyclists should park to begin a ride, will also be installed. (Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette)
  3. More than 94 fashion designers showed off their work during Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week last week. The Momentary in Bentonville held three nights of runway shows over the weekend as part of a month-long arts and fashion event series hosted by Interform.
