Bentonville, AR... The City of Bentonvilleβs Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community Task Force and Downtown Bentonville Inc. (DBI) will host βBentonville Together: A Celebration of Our Multicultural Community.β This one-day festival is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 4 pm β 9 pm on the Bentonville Square and will provide a first-class inclusive experience through dance, music, food, arts and crafts, and linguistic lessons.

The Bentonville DEI Community Task Force, in partnership with DBI, will produce the eventβs three primary sections: Taste, Discover, and Learn. The Taste section will feature food trucks specializing in ethnic cuisine. In the Discover section, attendees will hear historical aspects, migration stories, religious practices, and family traditions from βLiving Legends.β The Learn section will house the Kids Corner for arts and crafts, linguistic lessons, and more.

The purpose of this free* event is to provide an opportunity for Bentonville residents to celebrate their respective cultures and introduce them to other local families, ultimately increasing awareness about the many groups represented in the area. Through interacting within the different sections, the event will teach second and subsequent generations more about their heritage.
