Agoura Hills Community Leaders Named In Conejo Valley's 40 Under 40

AGOURA HILLS, CA — A poet, firefighter, emergency doctor and volleyball coach were all recognized in this year's Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce 40 Under Forty list.

The annual list released on Tuesday recognizes young professionals in the Conejo Valley region who have impacted the community, and this year's is chock full of Agoura Hills leaders.

Representing the city of Agoura Hills are Media Analyst Ericka Diaz and Management Analyst Rocky Sheppard. Josh Lopez with the Courtyard by Marriott in Agoura Hills also made the list, along with Ryan Gleason Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services for the Las Virgenes Unified School District.

Veronica Hurtado represented the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District on the list.

In the greater Conejo community, notable mentions include: Angelina Leaños, Ventura County's Youth Poet Laureate; Cameron Louis, Ventura County firefighter; and Catherine Ferguson, emergency medical physician with the Ventura County Medical Association.
