The Alexander Technique is a gentle body movement technique developed in England over 100 years ago by F.M. Alexander. Course leader, Shulamit Sendowski, will demonstrate how to transform physical stress and tension into ease, balance and coordination. Ford is one of the premiere electric guitarists today, particularly known for his blues playing. Showtime is 9 p.m. and tickets are $25.
