The ultimate romantic story is being presented at the The Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival through the Kingsmen Shakespeare Company, the professional theater company of California Lutheran University. General admission is $15 for adults and free for those under 18. Festival grounds open at 5:30 p.m. for pre-show picnicking and entertainment. The Agoura Hills Department of Community Services Program will and docent-led public tours at the from 1-4 p.m. on Saturdays. Suggested donations for the tour: $3 for adults, $2 for seniors, and $1 for chidlren age 5 to 12. Children under 5 enter free.
4. The Adventures of Tintin
Families can enjoy a free screening of The Adventures of Tintin at the Valley Cultural Center at 7 p.m. at Warner Center Park, 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Woodland Hills. The PG-rated Steven Spielberg film tells the story of Tintin, a reporter, and Captain Haddock as they search for a sunken ship commanded by Haddock's ancestor.
