Expect Warm Temps, Humidity In Agoura Hills

Much of the greater Los Angeles area will see extremely high humidity Monday, even bringing a chance of thunderstorms in some areas.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — Agoura Hills will see warm temps and humidity levels Monday as parts of Los Angeles County expect thunderstorms and flooding.

Agoura Hills will see a high of 86 degrees Monday with humidity levels reaching 36 percent, according to AccuWeather. Unlike East Los Angeles, Agoura Hills has only a three percent chance of precipitation through Monday evening.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected to hit over the Los Angeles mountains and interior valleys, according to National Weather Service. Rains and thunderstorms could cause flash flooding, prompting a flash flood warning in the Los Angeles and Ventura County mountains, Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.

Monsoonal moisture will affect the entire region, massively increasing humidity in the famously dry area. The San Gabriel Mountains and Antelope Valley will be the most affected areas, according to NWS.

The entire region will return to normal temps and humidity levels Tuesday, according to NWS. Agoura Hills on Tuesday will see a high of 79 degrees with a one percent chance of rain.
