2. Preschool Storytime at the Library

Bring your little ones, ages 5 and under, to the Agoura Hills Library at 11 a.m. for fun stories, music, finger plays and art activities.

3. Child's Autism Treatment Workshop

Kari Berquist, Ph.D., BCBA-D, a Clinical Instructor at Stanford University, will talk about teaching parents how to evaluate their child's autism therapy for effectiveness. The discussion takes place at the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center at 6:30 p.m. For information, call 805-208-3875

4. Bulgarian Painter in Residence at CLU

Ignat Ignatov, a Bulgarian portrait artist, will work with students and community members as an artist-in-residence from Feb. 1 through March 2 at California Lutheran University (60 W Olsen Rd, Thousand Oaks). The oil paintings will be exhibited in the Kwan Fong Gallery of Art and Culture during his residency as part of the 2012-2013 Artists and Speakers Series.
