"We had a lot of fun planning and shopping for our lemonade stand and enjoyed meeting all of our neighbors who came out to support us while we sold them lemonade, fruit punch, chocolate chip muffins and home-made brownies and played violin for them," said Amanda." We want to thank my brother, Matthew, and his friend and our next door neighbor, Matthew, who sat at the corner down the street helping get us customers"

The girls, who are entering seventh grade, said they can't wait to give the money they made to the middle school and plan to do this again next year.
