The Illinois company UL LLC, a safety and sanitation consulting company, has purchashed Agoura-based National Everclean Services Inc., a business that conducts food-safety audits of grocers and restaurants, according to the <a href="http://www.sfvbj.com/news/2013/jan/03/illinois-company-buys-agoura-hills-food-inspection/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">San Fernando Business Journal</a>. Everclean includes among its clients Cheesecake Factory restaurants, Whole Foods markets, Safeway supermarkets and BJ's Brewery restaurants.
